						 <p>Go to <a href="http://www.ftc.gov/os/comments/intelpropertycomments/stallmanrichard.pdf">http://www.ftc.gov/os/comments/intelpropertycomments/stallmanrichard.pdf</a> to read Richard Stallman's speech about why software should not be patentable. It was written in 2002 but applies even more so today.</p> <p>If everyone in the EU can keep software patenting out then everyone there will be much better for it. I know here in the US we're literally paying for it in several different ways.</p>
